The large-scale power pipe network renovation project requires laying 7,000 meters of cable protection pipes for the protection of underground high-voltage cables. The project needs to cross roads, green belts and around buildings with complex terrain, and has extremely high requirements for impact resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation performance of pipes. Combined with the laying requirements of power projects and international standards, we customized HDPE cable protection pipes with specifications DN100-DN200mm and pressure class PN10-PN16, with a total length of 7,000 meters, matched with HDPE socket fittings, sealing rubber rings and special fixing brackets. The products are made of PE100 special insulation raw materials, with a density of 0.942-0.960g/cm³, impact strength ≥12kJ/m², insulation resistance ≥10¹²Ω・m, temperature resistance range -30℃ to 70℃, resistant to soil corrosion, acid and alkali. They comply with international power industry standards and have passed CE and ISO14001 certifications, can be directly exported, and adapt to complex underground laying environments without additional anti-corrosion treatment.
